Family cookbook, meal plan and shared shopping

Recipes in chat messages, a plan on paper and shopping in yet another app drift apart easily. In Receptli you can use one household with shared recipes, a meal plan and a shopping list.

A shopping list from our app demo.
  1. Start with recipes you really cook

Add a few proven family dishes. A photo of a notebook, text or an accessible link is enough. Verify the ingredients and servings first, so an inaccurate recipe does not turn into an inaccurate shopping list.

  2. Agree on one shared household

The household owner invites the other adult members. One household can have at most five people in total. If you turn on Premium, the subscription covers the whole household. An invitation code is valid for seven days. Everyone uses their own account.

  3. Plan specific meals

Add a saved recipe to the meal plan on a chosen day and adjust the number of servings to who will be eating. Start with three dinners for the coming days, for example; you do not have to fill the whole week at once.

  4. Prepare the shopping and check your pantry

Build a shopping list from the planned meals, shared by the members of the household. Ingredients are grouped by store section. Before shopping, check the quantities and what you already have at home; missing or differing units may not merge.

What is shared and what to agree on

  • Members of one household work with shared recipes, plan and shopping. Invite the people you want to share this data with.
  • Premium and its AI limit are shared by the household. Another member does not add another 50 monthly AI imports.
  • If you want to try the app on your own first, the free plan includes 5 recipes and 5 AI imports, once per account.
