Delete your Receptli account

Receptli is operated by OnIT s. r. o. You can delete your account and its data at any time, in the app or by e-mail.

In the app

1. Open Receptli and go to Household & account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is deleted immediately. If you own a household with other members, transfer the ownership to one of them first; the app tells you when this applies.

By e-mail

If you cannot open the app, write to support@receptli.app from the e-mail address of your account with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm it by e-mail.

What is deleted

• your account, sign-in sessions and consents,
• your household with all its recipes, recipe photos, meal plan and shopping list, if you are its only member,
• recipe share links you created and any import sources not yet removed.

If you are a member of someone else's household, you leave it first; the recipes you added stay with that household.

What is kept

• Encrypted backups hold the deleted data for up to 14 days and are then erased.
• Purchase records are kept by the App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat under their own rules, and we keep accounting records required by law.

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions, otherwise the store keeps charging you.
