Receptli support

Receptli is a recipe app by OnIT s. r. o. Write to us and a person will answer, usually within two working days.

Write from the e-mail address of your Receptli account and tell us what happened, on which phone, and which version of the app you use. Please do not send passwords or payment card details.

Common questions

I did not get the sign-in code. Check the spam folder. A code is valid for 10 minutes and you can ask for a new one three times in 15 minutes.

How do I cancel or change my subscription? Subscriptions are sold by the App Store or Google Play. Manage them in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions, or from Household & account in Receptli. Refunds are decided by the store that sold the subscription.

I bought a subscription but the app still shows the free plan. Open the subscription screen from Household & account and tap Restore purchases. A purchase belongs to the household it was made in.

How do I get my recipes out? Household & account → Your data saves your household's recipes as a JSON file, as a ZIP archive with the photos and a JSON-LD copy, or as a printable PDF cookbook. The ZIP reads back into Receptli and into RecipeSage, Mealie or Tandoor.

How do I bring recipes from another app? Import → From another app reads the export file of Paprika, Mela, Crouton, Recipe Keeper or Plan to Eat, or any JSON-LD file, on your phone, without AI and without using AI drafts.
